1. Service is quite poor. 2. Spend too much time grinding dosa batter and, especially, coconut pieces. I purchased the Bajaj Military series three months ago. The gasket on the Chutney jar has broken. I reported the issue to customer service a week ago. Despite regular calls to the customer support department, no one has rectified the issue. They either do not have service or provide really bad service.
Second, grinding dosa batter and coconut slices might be time-consuming. Especially if you include coconut slices, most of them will remain as is after grinding several times.
